Talk to the Lions Initiative

At the May 5, 2010 Mike Godino and Steve Malito kicked off the “Talk to the Lions Inititive” - by speaking to the Mineola Lions Club. Their mission was to talk about why New Yorkers need VRT and O&M licensure and to request that the Lions Club membership sign the petition in support of the bills.
Steve and Mike also asked the Lions Club president to write a letter of support of the bills to the Assembly and State representatives representing Mineola. NYVRA is using this first presentation as a kick off to a wider campaign where VRT and O&M Licensure supporters start contacting their local Lions clubs to obtain their support of licensure.
Please let us know If you are a member or know a member of a Lions Club and/or you are willing to be a part of this inititive.

Lions Club Locator Tool I searched this link and found that there is a Beacon Lions Club – but the contact information was missing. I will continue to search the internet. However, I clicked on other cities listed and found many of them did have their contact information listed.
